SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed via the website will be processed within three business days (Sunday through Thursday).
Once verified, your order will be delivered within three business days.
Shipping charges are 40 NIS in Israel. Orders above 399 NIS FREE shipping in Israel. Store pickup is FREE.
International Shipping:
The minimum order for international orders is 400 NIS plus international shipping charges.
Shipments will be sent express EMS and normally arrive between 7 - 10 business days from order.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CUSTOMS CHARGES ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can be accepted within 2 days of purchase (or when the order was delivered to you). All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Items can be exchanged for two weeks from the purchase date.
For all returns or exchanges, the following conditions must be met:
- You must provide the original receipt.
- Shells and hosiery products must be unopened in original packaging.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item(s) must be in the original purchase condition.
- You will not credited for returns and exchanges which do not meet the above conditions.

Returns are accepted at both branches of Head Over Heels.
In Israel you can also return by our courier company Hashliach by sending us a email. There is a charge of 40 NIS payable before the return.
