Refund policy

Returns can be accepted within 2 days of purchase (or when the order was delivered to you). All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

• You must provide the original receipt.
• Shells and hosiery products must be unopened in original packaging.
• Original tags must be attached.
• The item(s) must be in the original purchase condition.
• You will not credited for returns and exchanges which do not meet the above conditions.

To initiate a return, please fill out the form on the Returns Exchanges page and provide your, name, phone number, email, and any relevant details.

Returns are accepted at all branches of Head Over Heels.

In Israel you can also return by our courier company by sending us a email.  There is a charge of 40 NIS payable before the return.
